The goal is to make a site like [login to view URL] type site. Your odds of winning are determined by the total value of skins that you deposit in relation to the total value of any game pool. In other words, you can increase your odds of winning a round by strategically selecting skins to deposit in any game pool that give you a higher total value of skins. Skin prices are determined by Steam Analyst. Game pools are based on a 3-minute round. Once a round is completed (75 skins are deposited or the 3-minute time limit expires), a winner is chosen at random. The winner will receive all of the skins in the game pool in which the winner deposited skins. CSGOLotto retains an 8% house edge on each round, discounted in skins.
