Project Management & Billing PHP Script Needed For Selling Services
SEE MUST HAVES:
1. New order
Clients can place an orders using a simple payment button, a custom invoice, or a flexible order form. Creating order forms should be easy with the built-in drag & drop form builder. The order form will take clients to payment processor where they can complete the payment.
Service options - let clients pick and choose the services they want to buy, even in multiple quantities.
Account information - ask for account information in the order form, or leave it to script to create accounts using data from your payment processor.
Custom data - collect project information right in the order form, or create another form to be displayed after the checkout.
Coupon code - create coupon codes and add a coupon code field to your form.
Payment method - offer multiple payment options and make it easier for clients to pay you.
Multiple field types - add different fields and make them optional or required.
2. Client Panel
Script will take clients back from the payment processor to Client Panel and signs them in automatically. It processes the order and sends a welcome message even if they close the browser window after payment.
You can also reach out to clients who've abandoned checkout.
In the Client Panel users can...
View order history
Access members-only content
Send & receive project updates
3. Order complete
Orders for services that require additional client information (keywords or files, for example) will show as Pending until client provides the necessary data.
Orders that have all the info are marked as Working, and you or your team get a notification to begin work. Finally, you can send progress reports and files using the built in messaging system.
