A database driven, web content management software solution for a real estate company using a wordpress real estate plugin. To design the website and build it in wordpress. The CMS system should let administrators upload property content easily and provide a searchable list of properties according to a number of search criteria fields, including 'disabled' search. Searchable fields: Price, (min/max price), property type, property location, no of bedrooms, reference number. The property details page is to include a selection of photographs that need to be WATERMARKED. The details page is to include price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, construction size, plot size etc). We need to have full editing and picture uploads. I need a print pdf button on the property details page and 2 enquiry forms - one on the property details page and one general enquiry form. We need translation plug in for English, Spanish, German, French and Norwegian (not google translate) To also include antivirus, mortgage calculator, currency converter, xml feeds, and I need to be able to export property data as an excel spreadsheet.
