Magento - Fix "Featured Products" section on Home Page and add Randomize Code

I need someone to fix some alignment issues and help fix the code to make the Featured Products display correctly on the [url removed, login to view] homepage.

I will provide ftp and magento admin login info and assist as necessary.

I have created a static block which calls a phtml file and I've started the css. Will be reusing existing images and graphical elements from site.

A Popular Products category exist. Customer will add products to Popular Products category. Need code added to phtml to randomly display 6 of the items listed in Popular Products category. Item list will change on page refresh.

Bidder should be prepared to finish the task in a day or less.

Primarily need assistance with adding Random code to display 6 random products from the Popular Products category.
