Hello I need a CAD 3D STL file. My item needs to be a 1.69 inch inside the circle with a 0.06 thickness so total circumference will be 1.75.
Requirements;
Has to be .25 inch of circle space on the inside to put parts in it.
Has to have a thickness of 0.06 inch.
Has to have an overall with of .37 inch
This piece will be in two parts so divide that .37 by 2.
There will be a male and female half.
The two parts must snap together. So you will have to come up with that part. I looked at my fobs key for my car.
there will a quarter circle notch from the edge to put a key ring on this must be .12 and starting at .06 in from the edge of circle edge
There needs to be the word PLUM written in recessed letters across the top of item on both sides.
I need a life like computer generated drawing of this item also. So I can use it on web page.
This is a pretty simple project. Basically you are making a 3D circle with the material being .06 inch thick. With a little notch in the side to put a key ring on it with an overall with of 0.37 inches and an inside area of .25 inch and also a Computer generated drawing.
