I am looking for a skilled Excel VBA developer to create a tool that can compare data from two excel sheets and provide an output of the differences.
Specific requirements include:
- The tool should be able to identify differences in cell values between the two sheets.
- The data to compare from bill of sale sheet will be "SKU" column "C" from inventory tab & "Total Count" column "M"
- The data from the purchase order sheet will be "SKU" column "B" & "Qty" Column "E"
- The tool should generate a separate report highlighting the identified differences between the sheets data.
- The tool should be compatible with any version of Excel.
- The tool will need to allow me to select new sheets than just the examples provided here , for analysis of future data.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Strong proficiency in Excel VBA programming.
- Experience in developing tools for comparing and analyzing data in Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately identify differences in large datasets.
- Good communication skills to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
