Consolidate Spreadsheet of Names and Email Addresses.

I have 2 spreadsheets - Spreadsheet 1 and Spreadsheet 2.
For any person listed in Spreadsheet 1 that is also listed in Spreadsheet 2, I need someone to add the email address and patient id number in spreadsheet 2 for the person listed in Spreadsheet 1.
Also, in Spreadsheet 1 the First name column includes the last name for some entries and the word "count". Need that to be deleted. When done, would like the final spreadsheet (Spreadsheet 1) to be arranged by Last Name. Then would like a second sheet on the same work book that only lists the patient for which an email address was found and then another sheet that list the patient names for which no email address was found on Spreadsheet 2.
You may not add any person from Spreadsheet 2 onto Spreadsheet 1 unless the name is on Spreadsheet 1. Spreadsheets are attached so you can review and ask questions. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE FINAL SHEET IS SPREADSHEET 1.... Spreadsheet 2 is the list of names that might have a corresponding email address and Id number for the people listed in Spreadsheet 1. There will be people in Spreadsheet 1 that are not listed on Spreadsheet 2, and thus you will not be able to insert an email address or id number.
