Excel Macro Creation and Google Apps Script

I want to start off by saying it's extremely important to ensure that the person applying for this job is very experienced in Excel Macros and Google Scripts. I want to make sure that the Macro will be very efficient and quick to process a lot of data. Also important to ensure these Macros will work on MAC operating systems.
The goal of this project is to take a data set and and perform two separate actions.
Step 1: In this step, you are taking a data set, filtering data based on user input. Then comparing 2 data sets to find non duplicate items.
Step 2: In this step you are taking the non duplicate items and grouping by specific matching data points and then creating a new sheet which takes the grouped data and sets it up in a specific format and also applies user input data for certain fields.
For both these steps, I have an outlined guide to show what is given and what is expected as a result.
