I run a real estate company that works primarily through Podio CRM and we are looking for a rock star virtual assistant to help us as we continue to grow.
Day to day responsibilities will primarily consist of:
1) Skype Dialer
2) Data Collection and Entry in Podio CRM
3) Cold Calling
4) Reaching out to customers to ask questions regarding properties they want to sell
5) Using scripts to follow when making calls. 6) Work with management
After the test period to see if working together is a good fit, this position will start as a part-time position. You will have the ability to grow into a full time partnership very quickly with superb performance. We provide a very fun and supportive, fast-paced environment for high performers.
There will be many opportunities to learn, plenty of training provided to help you grow, and a great environment for the applicant that wants to continuously grow and take on more responsibility.
