- French fluency, to write emails and make phone calls to France

Example of admin tasks:
- web search e.g., select goods on Amazon from a description in email, and reply with the 3 best matches
- booking on internet (train, flights, hotels), from a description sent by email
- request of quotes from contractors
- methodically follow-up on tasks, and make reminders by phone to suppliers
Essential quality: rigor, methodical, to follow multiple taks in parallel and don't miss any deadline
