TV indicator tuning

If there is S on this bar, and previous "Red Dot" is X bars back BUT not more than Y bars back, tuned S should only be shown if X is 5 (input) bars and Y is 15 (input). So we will compare "red dot bars" within a range of bars. Also only show S when bar volume > 1000 (input)
