Adaptive Online Application form with user profile - mobile and desktop platform on AWS EC2

- do not apply for this project if you dont have a smaple Angular.js 1.2+ site you worked on to show as part of the portfolio.

The Project is an Adaptive online Application submission form.

Uploading image, documents and sending email out to members.

You will be working with a USA developer that will not need to hold you by the hand. Please do not interview for the job and then flip it to someone to do the job later. This seem to be a common theme so far.

The hosting Platform is

AWS EC2 Instances with ELBs.

Database is AWS RDS

Skill Set below.

3. Unix-like operating systems

4. SQL Server

Must be already comfortable with or quick to pick up the following:

1. git (must be proficient with command line use).

2. Node.js yeoman, gulp, grunt

3. Angular JS

4. ASP.NET Identity and Open Web Interface (OWIN)

5. Web Deploy, AWS EC2, RDS (for SQL Server),

Would really like help in the following areas:

1. Easy, repeatable environment kickstart

2. Write once environment configuration for Javascript MVVM applications

3. Low downtime deployments from Visual Studio to AWS EC2.

4. .NET database migrations for database-first applications

5. Better Angular dev practices, particularly concerning ngResource
