I require specific consultation on the below ;
I am a non resident US individual of Indian nationality,
I plan to from an LLC in Wyoming for the purpose of investing passively in US properties via online platforms like [login to view URL]
My LLC will make investments in these platforms from 10k to 35k$ per investment.
These investments mature in 3 to 5 years with an expected gain of 30% to 80%
My question is as below ;
1. Will the LLC have to pay capital gains tax ? If so how much in %?
2. Are there ways to minimize these tax payments? Like immediate reinvestment of the gains or other means ?
3. Can this LLC in future borrow money from US banks ?
4. Is Wyoming the best jurisdiction to start this LLC? I being a non resident and non US citizen!
5. Will there be annual reporting for all he LLC? If so to which bodies and what reports are to be provided?
6. Will there be a need to provide annual books of accounts?
7. Do you have the ability to set up this LLC , if so what process is involved and what would be the cost ?
8. Will services of a CPA be required for such an LLC and what services are needed and in what frequency?
9. If CPA services are required every month or every year what would be your fees and what would this fee be towards?
10. Can you refer lawyer to set up this LLC?
11. Anything else I need to be aware of , please specify.

13. Can this LLC invest outside of USA and will any capital gains from investments outside USA Br taxed?
