I'm looking for a Chartered Accountant to review the first year's accounts of my 1-shareholder, 1 employee (i.e. me!) limited company, and produce a set of accounts and Corporation Tax form so that they can be submitted to Companies House / HMRC.
Note that my company meets the requirements of a micro-entity organisation.
I've used Sage One as my accounting 'software' - I'm naturally very thorough and methodical, so I believe everything has been done correctly throughout the year. However, I would prefer a Chartered Accountants review for peace of mind and of course any money-saving advice.
My Company is paperless, therefore any documentation can be shared to you online.
The first year turnover is circa £35k.
The accounts need to be submitted (and Corporation Tax paid) by 23rd February 2018.
