Convert PSD to Responsive HTML Email Template - Open Cart

This should be a super easy project, very simple template needed.
See attached image for the very simple email template I need converted to responsive HTML code.
Also, it needs to work with my Open Cart module for shopping cart emails. The middle section with the products is derived from the module, and unique to all customers, so I need you to edit the module so that it can send out a dynamic template like this.
