We are a manufacturing firm looking for a customized ERP for our use. We have searched many commercial ones in the market but found them unnecessarily complicated and expensive. We would like to build our own one block at a time to match our work flow.
We want to use ASP.NET with SQL Express on the backend.
The first block we want to start with is the basic Sales Confirmation part. We need to build a ASP.NET page(s) that allows us to create a Sales Confirmation for a client.
Create / Edit / Delete Sales Confirmation
Sales Confirmation Header
Customer Name, Date, Sales Confirmation Number (auto-increment), Terms...
Sales Confirmation Detail
Product Number (optional), Order Details, Qty, Price, Picture(s)
Features:
Product does not have to exist in the Product database in order for it to be used in the Sales Confirmation.
Need to be able to upload pictures in the Sales Confirmation. Would love it if we able to drag and drop the picture into the webpage, instead of have an upload button option only.
Each Item listed in the Sales Confirmation can have multiple pictures uploaded (there can be a limit here of 2-3).
Need to be able to export to EXCEL or PDF. The excel file will then be send to client for approval. So it needs to have all the details in a good format with the pictures.
