Hello, I'm in the end of creating my portfolio site in wordpress, mainly made by my friendly webmaster. But there is a few things which I'd like to have on a site, but we don't know how to make them. I hope 100 pound budget will be enough for all mentioned features. Site is working and ready to check under this url: [url removed, login to view] I can separate payment by one milestone for each finished feature. Here they are:
Must have:
#1. When you go into gallery (project), where are thumbs of images, I need to have all thumbs the same size and proportions (like they are now), but they can't be cropped, like they are now. I have made all galleries (projects), except one, to have images of the same proportions. Maybe you just need to remove thumbs height limit to do not make them cropped or maybe its more complicated.
Here are examples how it looks now and how I'd like to look it (made in photoshop):

#2. On the main page in the last row of thumbs you can see in thumbs which purpose is just filling space. I don't want them to lead anywhere. They are just space fiillers: [url removed, login to view]
Features I'd like to have on website:
#3 Posibility to close open image by clicking outside image area (like on facebook):

#4 Actual size function which expand image to 1:1 size (like on crydev forum) available if image is bigger then screen resolution: [url removed, login to view]
#5 Add next & previous arrows on the sides of images:
