My business is looking into designing our website.

We need to keep the logo and the top banner, however the rest MUST CHANGE!
I'm really keen for the site to have a clean and shiny look and feel.
We really like the buttons in the top-right of this template. Something with this feel would be nice!

We wouldn't mind a bit of flash in the header and we need a MUCH BETTER navigation system. I'll leave that kinda stuff up to your imagination.

I'll need to get hold of a low quality/"demo"/mock version of whatever you want to send me, before I can accept your bid and pay you, as I must run it passed our board.
I dont want you to waste your time, so unless you're a really good designer and think you can handle this project, don't bid.
I would also appreciate some examples of your work via PMB when you bid.
