Do A Very Quick & Simple Object Model

I am after a quick 3D model of a splash. In the example photo, this is the exact scene I will be using (I used C4D but I can export to the format you need). If you know how to use X-Particles or RealFlow then this is a 10 minute job (I can't afford the software). I do not need any texturing, rigging, or rendering; I just want the splash itself in .obj or .c4d format. It will be static and non animated.
In the scene the figure is falling/struggling in a bathtub, so the splash needs to fit the figure/object (you will be provided with this scene file). The reference photos show the form I am after.
