Advance (custom) Facebook Like, Share & Comment implementation on a WP image/video site

I'm looking for someone with prior experience in producing a WP social plugin or configuring a WP social plugin to make sure:
1) FB like and share buttons are appended on every image/video in the gallery on posts, pages, category, tag and front page (bloggroll). Make sure that if I like/share an image on the front page, that "like" is reflected everywhere where that image can be found (on post, page, category, tag etc.). In other words, I guess, that the data-href="" URL is consistent.
2) Syncronize the likes and share (and even comment box) with my already existing Wordpress Social lightbox plugin (Social Gallery). Might require editing the plugins code so it has the same data-href="" URL.
Pls contact me if you have good exerience with Facebook like, share and comment integration with Wordpress.
