[login to view URL] video section only

I want a site like [login to view URL] maybe abit change so it doesnt look exactly like afghansmart. I want the site done as soon as possible.

1: want to be able to put 2 banners on each side of main page, including header and footer. lets say one on the left, the other one bellow that. I also want to be able to be able to choose banners to show on other video pages.

2: facebook like page should be on every page including main page and every video page.

3: I want to be able to choose how many videos I want on each page, how many in a row and how many colums and the video page automatically should generate page number 1 page number 2,3,45

4:I want to be able to ad catagories and sub catagories from admin panal, to the menue bar. I want to be able to share videos from youtube and other sharing sites like daily motion. you should give 2 spots one for direct link url and one for codes like this embed <iframe width="560" height="315" src="[login to view URL]" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> because daily motion videos need embed code, not just url..

5: any register user should be able to upload videos under their account. and admin should also be able to upload videos and should be able to delete any videos or comments, users. ban ip.

6: If i am uploading a full indian movie, it will be in parts, the player should be smart enough to show part 2 and part 3

7: every video should generate an embed code like this <iframe width="560" height="315" src="[login to view URL]" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> so users can copy it and share it in their sites or facebook. I also want a facebook share button.

8: I have already bought hd web player, its the same player as [login to view URL] like i said before, i do not no any coding so i want the admin panal to be very friendly. i bought the hd web player so you can use this one.

9: I should be able to choose 2 sizes of google adsens on the video, 1 like [login to view URL] and 2 maybe bigger than that or like youtube adds.

10: I should be able to add seo for every video page from admin panal or it should generate automaticlly.

11: facebook comment box , share, like, and maybe some cool other options.

12: the videos should automaticlly generate a button to say download mp3 for every video.
