Custom PHPBB Skin

What I am needing is a simple custom PHPBB skin for my forums. They are for a FFXI Linkshell that I own. Mainly just certain colors, and certain types of buttons and stuff like that. I want it to look clean and sharp. I have AIM so we can talk more on there if you want. Also my budget is not very high. I got a few other ideas. Just let me know if anyone can do this for someone with a SMALL budget right now.
