Creating a new fashionable website that is user-driven

I am looking for help with creating a fashionable website that gives a great and simple overview of upcoming outlets. The site should be build up so it is very user-friendly to maintain for me. Please notice I have absolutely NO technical skills at all in relation to upload a website, so please have this in mind when deciding on which format the website should be created in. I like the setup in WordPress, but I also need the opportunity of including banner ads for commercial purposes. I already have a company domaine, a logo for the site as well as one picture, but the rest of the homepage needs your graphic design skills as well.
I am therefore looking for a person who first of all easily can develop the website, but also a creative and graphic designer who can create the visual content so everything looks professional. Finally the person should be innovative him-/herself and be able to give feedback on the idea and come up with suggestions if needed.
