Crack, copy or otherwise fix my portal

I have a small portal which I need to launch shortly in order to support the monetized part of my site. It is paid for, licensed and encoded with ioncube. There are some small changes which need to be made to it, however the developer does not seem overly keen to answer my emails.

As such I have few options but to try to get it fixed by a third party.

I need it either cracking, copying or otherwise fixing. At the same time I require the implementation of some minor changes. I then need the site leaving un-encoded for future amendments.

I will leave this project up for a period of one week, if you are interested in bidding, please send a PM asking for a link and tell me a little about similar projects that you have undertaken or how you believe you could do this. If you don't receive a reply from me it is probably because you didn't read this project properly and just spammed me.

I will set about working on a complete specification and send it out to interested parties within a couple of days. If no suitable freelancers are found, this project will not be awarded.
