Covert Oscommerence to Zencart (From a old server to a new server)

Currently we are using Oscommenece and we looking at or switching over to Zen cart ([url removed, login to view])

RE Category structure.

Are we able to run two different category structures in Zen Cart? At the moment I and using the categories for Brand and Model (Left hand menu) and Manufactures table for type of product. (Right hand side) We are having problem with the Manufactures Table due it being flat

What I want to do is run to different category structures one for Brand and Model and one for Product Types

Re Displaying Results

Once a user has selected a Brand and then a model e.g. Nokia then 3210

Are we able to sort the results by the second Category Structure?

e.g. Antenna patch cable then it shows the product number and details then next line will have Battery and then the details etc etc. All on the same page.

We would prefer someone in Australia but not a essential. As long as you can speak and understand English Well. We are based in Sydney Australia
