Change password in config file of website and integrate a new style sheet

I have a website [login to view URL] which sends the forms to my gmail account.

I changed my gmail password a few weeks ago, and now the site is not sending emails to my gmail account.

I need someone to go into the HTML files, find where the password is set (in a config file somewhere) - and set it to the same password as my gmail account, then test the site and gmail to make sure that the forms are being sent.

I also have a problem with the site not rendering properly on older versions of IE, so I need someone to create a separate style sheet for older versions of Internet Explorer browsers.

Here is the method I use to create the separate style sheet:

You can then tweak the CSS to make sure it works on different browsers.
