CSS3 Expert And Expert PHP Programmer.

Hello,

We are looking for CSS3 Expert / PHP professional, x HTMLWC, also requested PSD 2 HTML (if needed).

Our project is almost done, but we have a few requested to be complete from someone expert which can be done very quick and simple from his end.

First our website is in Arabic language (But i may be online 16 hours per day via Gtalk to assist you and follow up with you for any question you have ),The website is build in PHP pure with some MVC module, you will work with it easily i think, but the main goal here to make sure the layout of the website will be as the attachment screenshot.

First our website need the following:

- When we zoom in for the Dev website using (CTRL+ and +) the left and right images it's not working 100%, we may need to recheck the css/style for the header zooming and zoom out, also we need to check the header layout via mobiles Apps, or other browsers like Google chrome, FF, etc..

- We need to update the font type and size for all the website content, we may use different font type and size for the news name, otherwise than the slider news name font and size.

- We also need to change some sections location in the website, so it's only moving/replace up/down.. and we may need to use old section names which is currently not views on the website.. (hidden).

- We need also to customize the read-more icon for block news and inside news to have the + icon from the slider news. ( will be explain latter)

- We have some boarders need to be updated/cleared from any background lines in the admin panel, also we need to customize options inside the admin news and change the font type / size.

- We may recheck on the following for programming:

1) We did add/have already ads management for the website, so after finishing the above requirements we may need to check the control of the ads and make sure it's working fine after verifying the work and complete CSS3 and customizing the website layout.

2) We have already programmed a tab news for most views/readers for visitors inside the news page, so we need also verify that this tab is works functional without any issue, and if needed you may fix it and make it works fine as the ads management also you may fix if needed.

3) Votes page already work, and functional 100%, but you need to add/connect it to the website footer and inside news/pages and customized it.

( i'm 90% sure it's work with no issue, just in case i added these 2 tasks inside this contract for documents only. )

- We need to check the quotation when we insert it in the news name, ex: "??? ? ?????" also in English when we write

the English inside the news name with Arabic, it's getting complex.

- We need to customize CDN server with the latest publishing of [url removed, login to view] to be on [url removed, login to view] with clean/new images only! and remove unnecessary images/files.

- We need to correct the section in left inside the news, first box in the left inside the news there is a Facebook tab box, then the second box we need to make it third one, and delete the currently third box

Then we need to put this section ( World news ) [url removed, login to view] in the second tab box, so it would be first Facebook box, second World news box, third the currently first tab box.

The fourth tab leave it as it.

This is the explanation of the project tasks, which you may fix it very quick and most of them already works fine with no issue, but i had listed here to make sure you read it and you may work on it if it doesn't work, but almost done on this project and waiting to finishing it.
