I'm after getting an PHP based AFL Footy Tipping Competition similar to [url removed, login to view] designed.

This should basically be a modern version of [url removed, login to view]

Features should include: Admin backend to enter results, teams (18), venues, no of rounds , add new users (with password), close off rounds via cron job at certain time, email users results and reminder to complete their tips early. Prefer ability to individually lock games from being changed (eg: some games are on a thursday night and users should not be able to change tip for this game after then, but should still be able to change other games for the round).
