convert Joomla module to Wordpress Plugin

Attached is the Joomla module that is called 'lightbox login'. When login attempting to login or register to the website the lightbox login box 'pops up'. See the demo over at www.stockwire.com. Also is the link to 'register plus'. This gives the ability to modify the 'login' and 'registration page' for wordpress. The list of features are here: [url removed, login to view] I want to keep these features but combine it with the lightbox login allow users to register and login to a wordpress site using lightbox login. I want the additional feature that will popup the lightbox after 3 - 5 seconds of a user not logging in and the admin has the ability to switch this feature on or off in the backend. The register plus feature allows the logo for 'register' and 'login' page in wordpress to be change. For the lightbox login affect there should be an option to also change the logo and add an additional image similar to the demo in [url removed, login to view]

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
