Custom Movable Type Templates Needed

We have converted three (3) Photoshop template mockups into static XHTML/CSS pages.
We need a Movable Type guru to take these static pages and turn them into Movable Type templates.
Most of the hard work (converting mockups to HTML) has been done. Now we just need your Movable Type touch!
We will provide all necessary files and need them turned into a flexible Movable Type template based on our HTML templates. We will require strict adherence to our design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience implementing a site using Movable Type as a CMS is an absolute must
- Familiar with installing and configuring popular Movable Type plug-ins
- Expert proficiency with XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Thorough knowledge of web standards (needs to validate as XHTML 1.0 transitional)
- Experience implementing standards across different browsers
- Solid understanding of web usability guidelines
- Experience with user centered design a plus
