Client authentication certificate Required

I am trying to access a webpage(HTTPS) that requires a client authentication certificate which is not provided by the server itself.
I need the certificate which can make me open this webpage.
This is what the webpage is responding me with when :
"Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't [login to view URL] code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"

Just correct your system date and make it exact current date and restart your computer and then try to open, even 1 hour difference can cause this problem. Try this if not works will tell you next step.
