convert static website to wordpress -- 4

I need some one to convert my html site to wordpress.

My website is http://v=i=g=n=a=n=a=s=u=d=h=[url removed, login to view] (remove =)

(only 4 pages are to be created i.e. home page, enquiry form, photo gallery, news scroll events page) We will create other pages and menu and feed all data by ourselves.

We should be able to add/change the images in both the slideshows.

We should be able create and remove menu(also sub menu items)

The photo gallery must be like http://s=s=m=r=[url removed, login to view](but make it better/posh)

When we click on news scroll it should open as http://s=s=m=r=[url removed, login to view] for every news scroll item in news scroll and we should be able to add remove posts/events(but make it better/posh)

Enquiry form should be as http://s=s=m=r=[url removed, login to view] (but make it better/posh)

My max budget for this project is 27USD and should be completed in next 12 hrs.
