We have a list of IMEI numbers, the identification number for a mobile phone (hardwired into the device - this is NOT a phone number!).
If you know what this is about, then please proceed (do not bid if you have no idea what IMEI is):
We need a PHP software that can do on-the-fly analysis of IMEI numbers (read either through database or Comma Seperated File import (to be decided). This analysis tool should do the following:
a) Give a list of how many users are using all the devices (sum)
b) Be able to filter all phone numbers using a specific device (list)
We can not provide any information on IMEI number analysis (the structure of the code). This is the heart of the project to figure out the "decoding" of the IMEI. See: [url removed, login to view];sub=imsinr.
