Database Program for a DJ Company- Must know C#

This project is updating a database so when inquires are made through my company, I can record, compare and maintain all information and convert all information into Word and Excel Documents.
The initial program has been made, there are a few bugs which need to be fixed and new systems I want created for it.
To do this project you must be familiar with:
-Visual Studio
-C# programing
I am willing to meet with you as many times as you need, provide a copy of the original program, and a detailed list of what needs to be updated/implemented (Attached).
This project was given to some Uni students as part of their course but they did not have enough knowledge of C# programing to complete the task, however they did do a details project plan (attached)
