Banner Ad for Craigslist use

I run a home based business and use Craigslist for the majority of my advertising. I would like to create a banner ad that I can use to replace my text ads on Craigslist.

The purpose of the ad is to attract intelligent and motivated people who wish to become entrepreneurs - especially those interested in "the secret", the law of attraction, or personal development as a whole.

## Deliverables

I can provide several text ads that I have written for Craigslist that have worked well for me and would be very open to any ideas that you as a designer might have. I can also provide several pictures and would like the ad to include just a few of them to show my family and I traveling around the world together. I have a number of pictures and would be open to the designers ideas to incorporate any of them into the design. Would insist on a phone conversation prior to the work so that we can discuss briefly the details of my business and our ad's goals/purpose.
