Customer Reference Manager, English speaking, home-office

We are looking for a customer centric Reference Representative to work on the Global Reference Program. It is a unique opportunity to work on a well-established corporate program for Business Solutions and become a part of a multinational team of customer reference representatives from around the world. We are now looking for a reference representative covering South-East Asia.
What is the Customer Reference Program?
The Reference Program is a Global support center for sales and marketing teams. The main responsibilities consist of working with the reference clients - onboarding them into the program, fulfilling customer & partner requests and working with internal databases. The ideal candidate is fluent in English (spoken & written), has great communication skills and experience in working in large organizations.
Main responsibilities will include:
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Answering incoming customer requests
Onboarding new customers into the Reference Program
Training the teams on how to search for references
Ensure customers’ needs are met during the reference process
Communication with the customers both internal and external
Database search and data clean up
Regular communication with the virtual team members
Monthly reporting of achieved results
Desired skill set:
Experience in building strategic customer references
Customer support or marketing experience
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global organization
Understanding of software sales
Program management skills
Great communication skills
