Clean and Powerful Website design needed for Financial Brokerage Company

Thank you for looking at my project request-
Life Policy Solutions, a leading Life Settlement Brokerage needs a website that has a clear identity, clean layout and function, and has powerful SEO capabilities. The website will need to be built from scratch, but I can provide websites I like that can be used as a base for overall look and feel.
What I need:
- Website built from the ground up
- 13 Pages in total which includes the home page, terms, and privacy pages
- Home Page to have 3-4 rotating images that change each time the page is opened
- Strong SEO capabilities to maximize top page in Google
- Navigation Bar at top of website to have 5 Tabs, each with drop down capabilities to allow user to clickthrough to a new designated page.
- Website will have an Informational cartoon video (being created now) that will need to be integrated into both the home page and a second page
- Website needs to have fill in forms capabilities so a client can submit their info directly to us. Form would have fill in boxes, as well as, some drop down boxes to choose info from, Form would have Submit button to send directly to us by email.
- Website will have multiple areas for a client and/or advisor to complete an informational form and submit info
- Website will have a Newsroom page that will need to have ability for me to add new, updated articles.
- Website will need images for each page. Images of our target market (seniors), their lifestyles, and also images of financial professionals. I do not have the images, but can work together with you to try and get the right images to fit the overall look and feel.
- Website must target Seniors and their families, as well as, Financial Advisors
- Here is the Website of another company that I like their layout and design. I would like my concept to look and feel similar. Attached is an image of their homepage. [login to view URL]
- Website must work well on phones and tablets
- I'm sure there is more that I am missing, but at least this is a good start.
What I Have:
- I have all content ready to go. It has been developed by me, and then fixed by a professional copywriter, and had keywords maximized for SEO. Content tells you everything about my company and what we do.
- I have Logo Design ready in AI, including font and color codes to work with
- I have an idea of how the website should look, feel, and function, and I will be able to provide detailed help when needed, but most importantly allow you the designer the room to express your creativity and professionalism in building my website. I am very good about open and quick communication.
- I will have the informational cartoon video completed around end of February and ready to be implemented into the site. Video will be around 1 minute - 1:30
- I have the website registered and ready for the website, but I will need your help on getting it up on the site.
