Catalog translation from Spanish to Portuguese

We want to edit this original catalogf in Spanish (see attache file) inton a single catalog in Portuguese.
For this progect spanish/portuguese skills are required and each page of the manual will have to be edited for the three languages fit on the same.
We will need three final versions:
a) pdf (light file for email purposes)
b) illustratoer (for future editions)
c) pdf with editable areas (prices, refs, etc...)
