Our current web site [url removed, login to view] is old and needs to be updated so that it looks better.
We need someone who can help us with page layout and graphic design so we have a better looking site.
The new site will have one less page than the current site. Most of the text will remain the same (or very close to what is currently there).
The project really consists of revamping the look and feel of the home page and then using some of those same elements in the other pages.
We can provide you with a framework for Ruby on Rails to do the development.
