Build a Website for forex related work

I want someone to find me a forex api which i want you to use in my designed web site (which you will make it from the scratch).

Tasks to do:

Suggest me the forex trading api's in php. (Free one will be preferred)

Then you will write a php script to fetch companies record from that api which will be used in my web site.

Important note: Please make some research before bidding on this project.
