I would like to build a e-commerce website that can allow users to post items to rent out or sell. The website should be extremely easy to use.
The website needs to allow a
1) calendaring function
2) 2 way review system
3) allow transaction fees from both the buyer/renter as well as the lister/seller
4) allow coupon codes to enable referral codes
5) allow the ability to charge a different transaction fee for referrals, signing up within a specific time-period, etc.
6) allow multiple payment options
7) allow lister to charge a cleaning fee or a delivery fee. I want to be able to utilize a delivery service (e.g. postmates) and a cleaning service (e.g. handy)
8) internal messaging system for users to communicate with each other
9) has to look good and be easy to use on mobile devices
10) search function needs to be great. users should be able to search by location (global), by product, and by listing
