HTML5/CSS/JS 2 page (for mobile):

1. Page id=1

a. Got form with single input field ([0-9]{9,13}) with validation.

b. Input will be cached/stored (like cookie).

2. Page id=2

a. Got a form with 3 fields.

i. Hidden input field

ii. Another hidden field with value of page 1 input number.

iii. Input field ([0-9]{11,16}) with validation

b. Page 2 will only be displayed if only page 1 info is available.

Steps

1. User comes to page 1.

2. User enters a number (call it param1).

3. If validation passed (9-13 digits), it stores and goes to page 2.

4. User comes to page 2.

5. Page 2 checks if the cookie exists.

6. If it doesn’t exist redirects back to page 1

7. In page 2, there are 2 hidden fields, one is hard coded (call it param2), other number from page 1(parameter1), and 1 number field ([0-9]{11-16}) with validation(call it param3).

8. Page 2 form posts to remote server like http://server/?param1=xxxx&param2=xxx&param3=xxx

9. POST is preferable over GET, PUT, etc.

10. Response from remote server is displayed.

11. There should be small space for short info.

Backend/DB is not your task, but bear in mind it will be PHP/MySQL, only demo and test you have to provide, the smaller the file sizes the better.
