Blogger template developer needed (blogspot)

Hello,

I need a blog designer/developer who can code a new template for my blog. My blog is based on review and rate other sites. You have to create a blogger template (blogspot blog template) for me.

Key factors:

1. Must be professional as well user friendly.

2. pagination widget

3. It must be magazine style.

4. Reply Widget for comments.

5. Properly rate widget applied.

6. If possible then vote up vote down widget for comments just like wordpress blogs.

7. Should be searchable in Google and Bing search when users type my name

8. Integrate AdSense and Google Analytics

9. Blogs should be divided into different categories (technology, management etc.)

10. Should link to my shared Google Drive photo folders

My budget is around $100 .

Note: Please Don't Bid if you can't create blogger blogs templates(No experience yet).

People who show their work experience in designing blogger templates will get high priority. If quality work provided on time they can expect $20 as bonus.
