We are not interested in the 90% of programmers who have less than 5 years experience. We don't care how great you think you are. This is a SERIOUS project with marketing investors and requires ONLY THE BEST.
What do we want?
We want someone who is genuinely in the top 20 Front End Developers & Designers on Freelancer to take on our project.
What is the project?
It is a website where one party places a listing and another party gives a quote. That's the heart of it, obviously there are other things involved like Dashboards, Messaging, Feedback System, but this is as to the point as we can be.
How long will you work on the project?
2-3 months. You will be working with a Back End developer who will be using API and wanting AJAX experience from the Front End developer. You will be available to communicate during all business hours.
Will you be starting from Scratch?
No quite. There are some rough designs that need cleaning up, but it will give you a clean idea of the theme. It is then up to you to take it from there.
What will we supply?
A semi-detailed work flow of the website. If you even dare ask us for "references" you'll be kicked off the project.
What are the conditions of this project
1. This project must be your number 1 priority, meaning if during business hours you are not available and if we find that you are taking too long to produce something that should take a lot less time, your off the project with no payment at all.
2. There will be NO milestone. We WILL pay when we see genuine, progress. Not suitable? Don't bid. Why will there be no milestone? Because if you over promise, your off the project and we don't have to dispute something we shouldn't have to. We WANT to finish this, and we WANT a real developer to stay with us the long course.
3. You will work to our complete satisfaction, regardless of the amount of changes we make (or we may not make many, depends how good you are). If at any point we are frustrated with your performance, your off the project without payment.
