add landing pages to website

i need to add a few landing pages to my dental office website. The landing pages will receive links from Facebook ads and will provide info on specific dental procedures and promotions
To clarify: I have an existing website. I want to add 3 pages to this website. Each of these pages will have images and text. We will keep the current theme and appearance and layout of the current website.
I will have advertisements on Facebook. When a customer clicks the ad I want them to be directed to the new pages (that you will create) on my website. I also need someone to insert the wordpress tracker plug in so we can use a tracking phone number.
Must communicate in english fluently so we don't waste time. Thanks!
