I need to build a website for an education orgnization. I have registered the domain. I need you to develop a website using wordpress. It will be a static web at this moment, but need to be able to expand to a dynamic site (with database, login, and interaction function) later.
Please see the attached ppt file for web description.
Need English and Chinese bilingual function (a switch button to switch language)
Please note: There are not interaction functions (login, etc ) needed at this time
Requirement:
1. Nice professional layout, pictures, designs
2. Development tool: Wordpress
3. You need to provide a DETAILED step by step instruction on how to modify contents on each page, so I can update wording and pictures later on.
4. Finish in 5 days.
