I have a website where images are being shown like [url removed, login to view] (see image attached). I want to change how they are being displayed to like this:

please read description fully before bidding. I want this done asap. Dont waste my time if you cannot do this. Please provide exact amount and time in hours. Not 2 or 3 days that wont work for this project.
