Build a Website -- 2

Hi....I want to have a website made that displays our products under different categories.......The website needs to be smooth and eye catching......and should be capable of opening on a computer as well as mobile devices ( android / iphone /windows)

We would like to have the control of

1) Adding / deleting Product Categories ,

2) Adding / deleting / changing Pictures

please bear in mind that we are not programmers or computer wiz......we have basic knowledge of computers......so user (our editing) interface needs to be very user friendly .....
