We need a Web developer who is capable of creating a soft international online dating site. We need registered users to be able to post there own pictures and verbiage online. Website must be compatiable with iphone/ andriod and ipads applications. We will also be seeking a maintenance crew for customer service after site is functional. We would prefer a New York based developer for this project with respect to locality.
