Design a Logo for Engineering Business

The name of the company will be Brain Trust Engineering. I would like a logo for my soon to be formed engineering consulting LLC. What I would like is the high resolution image of the final design in various common formats so that I can use it for business cards, website etc, and a formal receipt from you.
So my ideas of what I would like,
I would like a brain or head outline, possibly with gears inside that form the words "brain trust", or just gears inside the brain or head outline
I'd like the design to be mostly monochrome (Black,white,gray, etc.) with a touch of orange somewhere. I'd also like there to be the words "Brain Trust Engineering LLC" in a modern all caps text either above or below it.
I'm really open to any interpretations you may have, that's just kind of what I had in mind when I thought of it.
